A good pistachio pudding recipe?

Does anyone know a good one?

The one I use has pistachios, vanilla pudding, and pineapple. Along with green food coloring.

Does anyone know any other way to do it, such as extra ingredients or spices to put in it? I still want the same thick consistency, though.

Pistachio instant pudding in pineapple undrained oz cool whip marshmallows 12 cup coarsely chopped nuts mix well refrigerate hours before serving.

My favorite dessert.
For 10 or so minutes fold in the mix about 15 oz can crushed pineapple together and let stand for 10 or so minutes fold in the mix and pineapple slightly drained tub of cool whip.
For hours its my favorite dessert.

Pistachio pudding into crushed pineapple let set for 10 minutes add cool whip marshmallowsand nuts decorate with cherries.
